Who we are

Data we process

We process account identifiers and contact details supplied when you sign in; social-network account, Page, and professional-profile identifiers; encrypted access tokens and granted permissions; content, media, brand guidance, schedules, comments, and analytics you choose to manage; and security, audit, device, and service logs. We do not receive your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Google password.

How we use data

Data is used to authenticate you, connect social accounts, draft and publish content at your direction, retrieve engagement metrics, operate automations you enable, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use connected-account data for third-party advertising.

Service providers and transfers

ReputePilot uses controlled cloud infrastructure and AI services from providers such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure, plus APIs from Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube when you connect those services. Data may be processed outside your country with contractual, access-control, encryption, and logging safeguards.

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the website and app are used in aggregate (pages viewed, referring sources, device type). Google does not store IP addresses, advertising features are disabled, and visitors from the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland receive no analytics cookie without consent.

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the interface is used (clicks, scrolling, navigation) through heatmaps and masked session replays. Inside the signed-in app all text is masked before capture, so your drafts, analytics, and account details never reach Clarity; it sets no advertising cookies and follows the same regional consent rules as Google Analytics.

Storage, security, and retention

Credentials are encrypted at rest and access is restricted by role. We retain account and workspace data while your account is active and only as long as needed afterward for recovery, security, or legal purposes. Provider tokens may expire or be revoked at any time by disconnecting the account in ReputePilot or in the provider's settings.

YouTube connections and data

When YouTube publishing is enabled for your workspace, ReputePilot uses YouTube API Services to connect the channel you authorize and carry out your approved uploads, metadata changes, schedules, and recovery actions. We store channel identifiers and display information, granted permissions, encrypted authorization tokens, upload session state, video identifiers, and processing, privacy, and scheduling results. Google also processes this activity under its Privacy Policy.

YouTube authorization data is not sent to AI providers. Optional metadata assistance uses the factual brief and business context you provide; it does not generate a video or decide audience, content-rights, or synthetic-content declarations for you. We do not sell YouTube API data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

The service schedules daily channel-authorization checks and weekly video-data checks and removes provider data that cannot be refreshed within 28 days. Authorization failures trigger deletion of local authorization and provider data within six days. Disconnecting removes the stored Google authorization and provider identifiers; your uploaded source files and authored publishing packages remain workspace content until you delete them. Minimized payment-event records, containing identifiers rather than card details or complete provider payloads, expire after 90 days. Financial ledgers follow the account retention and legal-obligation rules described in this policy.

Disconnect in Settings → Connectors or revoke authorization through Google account permissions. ReputePilot asks whether existing YouTube schedules should be cancelled or left under your control before disconnecting. Removing local data does not delete videos already uploaded to YouTube. Manage those videos and any remaining native schedules in YouTube Studio. You can also request deletion using the contact below.

Your choices and deletion

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data, withdraw consent, or disconnect a social account. Disconnecting stops future API access. To request deletion, email akash@zettaura.com from your account email. We will verify and complete eligible requests without undue delay. Meta deauthorization and data-deletion callbacks are also honored.
