Agreement
These terms govern your use of ReputePilot, operated by Zettaura Innovations Private Limited. By using the service, you confirm that you can enter this agreement and will comply with applicable law and connected-platform policies.
Your accounts and content
You are responsible for protecting your account, maintaining authority over connected social accounts, reviewing generated content, and ensuring that publication is lawful, accurate, and permitted. You retain ownership of content you provide and grant us only the rights needed to operate requested features.
Automation and AI
AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. ReputePilot provides review, scheduling, and trust controls, but you remain responsible for final approval and publication. You may not use the service for spam, deception, unlawful surveillance, rights infringement, platform manipulation, or attempts to bypass provider restrictions.
Third-party services
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, cloud providers, and other connected services are governed by their own terms and availability. Access may change, expire, or be revoked. We are not responsible for third-party outages, enforcement decisions, or policy changes.
YouTube publishing workflows
By using an enabled YouTube publishing feature, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You must have authority over the selected channel and rights to the video, audio, and thumbnail, and confirm that the content complies with YouTube's Community Guidelines. Audience and altered or synthetic-content disclosures remain your decisions.
You approve the exact publishing package or explicitly enable a source-queue automation policy. Uploads stage privately before release. Processing delays, restrictions, expired authorization, or provider capacity can prevent or delay a result; we do not silently turn a missed schedule into an immediate public release. Disconnecting does not itself delete an existing YouTube video.
Any enabled paid-plan or capped usage fee covers ReputePilot's managed workflow, such as source validation, metadata preparation, approvals, automation, and recovery, not a purchase of Google API calls or extra YouTube quota. Optional usage requires the displayed pricing, your explicit consent, available prepaid credit, and your spending cap. Paying ReputePilot does not override Google's capacity or policies.
Availability and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict use that threatens the service, other users, or third parties. You may stop using ReputePilot and disconnect providers at any time. Provisions concerning ownership, liability, and disputes survive.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee engagement, reach, revenue, or uninterrupted provider access. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the preceding three months, except where limitation is prohibited by law.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Contact akash@zettaura.com for legal or account questions.
